They signed us up for a publication called "Thed Selling Advantage". We do not want the product, we have cancelled now 3 times once in writing and they are still sending the publication. This company Internet

We were talked into a sales training publication. After never receiving a bill, i get a call from a collection agent on their behalf. I immediately paid the billed and requested their service be canceled. I was assured that would be taken care of.

A month later i receive the publication again. I called several times and never received a call back. When they sent a confirmation to continue the subscription, i stated in BOLD writing to cancel the subscription.

Again today i am still receiving the publication, and called yet again and left a message to cancel. This is begining to take alot of my time, and my thoughts are they are banking on the fact you cannot spend the time to jump through the hoops and will give up and pay anyway.

This place is a serious scam!
