USA Credit - C Whitford
C. Whitford, USA Credit stealing from my account

Internet & Web

On 8/6/08 there was a transaction from Classmates Online Inc. For which I had put in for a free 7 day trial. What a mistake that was. Not only did they take the money from my account before the 7 days were up but another company by the name of USA Credit took $149.95 from my account the following day on 8/7/08!

This caused me to be overdrawn and of course the charges my bank charged for being overdrawn really put me in the hole!

This is the only time I have given my card number over the internet so I am linking Classmates.com to it somehow. Did they allow this company my information or what?

I know one thing my 7 year old son begins his third year of school tomorrow and this has really put a damper on me being able to provide the necessary supplies and so forth needed for school. Being a single parent I am the sole provider and now it looks like I will be in the red for awhile due to my mistake of giving my account number over the internet. Never again!

Guess I will contact my bank and close my current account and open another. What else am I to do? I know one thing I am not finished with these people I will see that I get my money back. When it comes to my child I will fight till the bitter end and as far as I am concerned they took from my child being able to have what he needs! It has only just begun!
