Full garbage can left and live chat unanswered

Worst service ever { AVOID } several times, including this week, they left a full can of garbage, I contacted them 4 times through live chat {what a joke }, got 1 reply of { whats the address}, My name was on the chat??? Have not heard back since I gave them my address, I emailed them { NOTHING} no reply, This company sucks!!! And i'm going to cancel there service as this is outrageous that a business treats people this way.
