Very poor service

My partner employed this company to assist us gather from our very own insurance provider directly after we had really substantial deficits because of our home flooding from the blocked drain. After 4 mos and numerous telephone calls without any return calls produced we went personally and have that which was happening and just why we never heard from their website. We discovered that they'd created and delivered a notice, simply 14 days preceding, to the insurance provider but just required cost for the dry-cleaning! They didn't contain our devices and furniture which were ruined totaling many 1000s of bucks! Had they'd us evaluate the need notice just before delivering it out because they were designed to this could not have occurred. They dropped a good deal of our paperwork and bills and had no idea what these were doing. They decided to edit the notice and we provided copies of the paperwork and bills. We were informed it'd be achieved immediately, over the following week. It's now been another 2.5wks without any notice finished. We've named many times plus they are possibly from the workplace or having a customer, nor return calls. We've compensated them $1500 for this easy support and also have had only suffering.
