Does not deliver as promised

Lawyer Ted Sumner isn't, for me, qualified. He wasn't sufficiently prepared for courtroom, didn't execute nicely before the judge and didn't seem to understand how to document files or understand the appropriate process. Contemplating just how long he is been training I'd wished for a far greater illustration. I sensed his overconfidence impeded his capability to do his work and led to a poor result. He seemed to provide a lot of fat towards the trivial while overlooking the larger image and that I settled the cost. I'd never suggest this attorney after my knowledge.
