I had been compelled to apply for child-support through the DOR almost this past year because of our finances. My fiance had simply changed careers and we required only a little help return on the right track. Whenever we requested food stamps I had been informed I'd to follow the natural father of 1 of our kids for child-support or they'dnot help us. Our boy's dad and that I possess a shared contract and that I think if anything isn't damaged, do not repair it. The daddy has not compensated something since Dec. Of 2011 and today HE'S pressing child-support to obtain him visitation despite the fact that he's no work and does medicines (yes I've evidence). Child-support delivered me a notice that we obtained about the 12th informing me I should are available in about the following day-to complete paperwork. Okay I did so. I obtained the paperwork, stuffed it out-but haven't had the opportunity to return and transform it set for 1 week. My fiance operates a routine and that I can't consider the children with me, or possibly I ought to simply to show a place. Anyways, I obtained a notice today (only one week after I had been within their workplace) declaring that I'm "Low-supportive". How am I non-cooperative? They got almost annually and simply lay on the butts and that I am not able to ensure it is for their workplace in per week plus they are contemplating me low-supportive??? WTF child-support/DOR is approximately one of the most incompotent company ACTUALLY produced. Significantly, we can not develop something better?
