PowerNet Global - not too Effective in Customer Support

Like A business-customer of five decades, I reveal the next:

Terrible customer support. Rude.intense. Positively searching for methods *not* to assist. Adversarial at all levels.incorrect record keeping. Reluctant to help.

In an environment of Tom Peters, 'Wow!" encounters, this really is WOW! In a poor way.inCREDIBLE.

In a current round of altercations, I requested among the reps at PNG concerning the tradition there - questioning why this perspective felt so prevelant. They suggested that many of clients experience thay method but that it comes down to how personal reps manage the calls.

Really? Whois viewing the support measurements? Actually notice of phone recording? Somebody must look carefully in the client knowledge below and fireplace the team - or consider them to Nordstrom and demonstrate to them exactly what a quality consumer experience appears like.

Nevertheless...

I'm waiting today to determine how they manage a present problem.
