Great idea, but the customer service is nothing short of horrible

Terrible customer support. Attempted to contact them without any response. Sent them-and got a contact back two nights later that did hardly any to answer my concerns. It is a Good Idea, and that I would purchase four publications, but when they cannot actually reply several easy inquiries by returning telephone calls or e-mails, I'll invest my money elsewhere. Good idea, however the customer support is nothing lacking terrible.
