Terrible customer support and website

Terrible customer support experience. First of all, two of the three calls were drop whether it was metro pcs line or hang up by customer support team, I shall never know. When I finally get to the third support team, she had no idea how their online setup works. *online signup link did not work!!! Customer support team had no clue about it either*

it sucks period.
