My Dad and Mom chose to buy a Prayer Mix for several their Granddaughters. Good idea. So that they requested 6 crosses. Get 3 and obtain 3 free.

Good enough thinks My Father. Therefore the purchase is positioned and also the whole was $60 (delivery). My Father is 76. And myself being truly a former stockbroker, I understand how callcenters function, they struck him having a quantity of concerns and sooner or later (they DECLARE) he decided to a 'white-gold update' about the crosses. He promises he didn't accept that (he is an honest guy) however the lengthy and lacking it's: the package comes. 6 crosses located inside. Honest enough... But there's no bill. No loading bill, no delivery costs outlined, nothing. Shady.

Per week after Holiday, among the Granddaughters dropped a rock on her mix. Therefore she introduced it to my Parents plus they started to examine ways to get it changed/fixed. And discovered no phone contact numbers to do this. Needed to contact the charge card they used-to look for a contact number. TERRIBLE.

They might require the client pay shipping and also the return delivery on damaged products. TERRIBLE.

And today, after researching the statement, my Parents have found the great total for that purchase of the 6 crosses was: $295.81

SCAM SCAM SCAM plus they WOn't think about a reimbursement when my Mother eventually bought somebody in Customer Support.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE FOLKS! The DISGRACE of utilizing a spiritual product to fraud people??? Terrible.
