Cancelation problem

I requested a drain from Style Excess on May 28, paying via Google. I attempted to stop the purchase on May 29 and Could 30. I talked to Create Excess and Fed-Ex, requesting the purchase be ended. There is an approval of my request. Up to now I've not gotten observe that the purchase was ended and that I have not obtained a drain. Where you can change today? I can not remember the brand for that drain.
