Poor customer service/unaccurate scores

Terrible service. I'd the account feeling September March and my credit rating didn't alter at-all and that I understand there have been modifications being designed to my bill. Terrible customer support plus they don't handle clients with appreciation. I don't suggest them while you won't receive correct results.
