Will not issue a refund

I've two costs displaying on my banking account completely $44.27 AUD for epoch.com*rknetmedia. I've approached them-and was informed that the account was made by my small boy to an adult site.in my opinion that I ought to be eligible for a reimbursement as

1. The costs weren't sanctioned by me, the account-holder, and

2. He's a small and cannot officially access these websites, or registered as a member.

Could you please inform me how I will get my cash delivered?
