Recurring payment from my checking account that is not authorized by me. Ceres california

I was checking the status of my bank account to see if I needed to deposit more cash to cover my bills. I went to the internet site for my bank and noticed a payment made to epoch.com*rknetmedia. I did a Google search to see who they are and found a "billing support" company. Never at any time have I signed up with Epoch and certainly have never authorized a recurring payment to rknetmedia. I got an online "chat", customer service representative who asked me if I would like to cancel my account with them.
I replied "yes please", I asked for a confirming e-mail and have heard nothing since. Tomorrow I will cancel this bank account and open another, hopefully they will not clean me out before then.
