Our pc hd failed so when I mounted a brand new one I came across my restoration drives wouldn't function. I tested around and discovered elecsurf for installing a copIy of Windows XP MediaCenter. I'd examined some places but hadn't observed that one before i requested the program. First, they don't do immediate packages, you delay as much as twenty four hours to obtain links for that application. After I obtained my links they'dnot function, I kept getting error messages. I subsequently continued the search for telephone numbers to contact them. All figures visit an answering device, and also you never obtain a call-back from their website. Then following a half-dozen emails which I required a complete reimbursement since the item was never provided, they attempted to claim they do not provide discounts on software. Their view makes no such state, actually it claims 100% reimbursement or even happy. I have since approached my charge card organization and place this issue into challenge, and thus I wont need to purchase the merchandise I never obtained. But don't... Under any conditions... Conduct business with elecsurf or you will be up a creek with no exercise.
