No Customer Service

I requested a birth certificate for my mom. I paid $51.95, also it came 2 nights later-but her first-name and middle name were misspelled. It's DIFFICULT to obtain a store of these. I've seated all night about the telephone waiting to obtain to customer support. I've sent them often plus they don't react. I'm stressful to obtain a passport however they don't have any customer support office. I had been scammed for $51.95.
