Charging me for item i never received

I requested a car cover for my 59 mercury online and used the bill me later procedure. After ordering the cover i understood that the large-car by todays standards isn't just like 1959 standards. The address was sent to an area walmart where i quickly requested them to return it. Since that time i've informed statement me later that cover was delivered numerous times. Yet i still obtain expenses delivered to me every month and undoubtedly amount due has been rising. I don't know what language they speak however it sure isn't english. I obtain harassing telephone calls all day long long but i won't pay for a product i don't have. A word towards the smart prevent bill me later.
