I never got a return. No reaction to email or mobile call seeking reimbursement since I didn't wish to purchase application with no Certification of Credibility (CO) the moment I then found out this was the things they were attempting to sell me. Remarkably, Microsoft didn't reply my concerns concerning the authenticity of the program offered by the corporation, possibly, but did provide to INFORM me easily attempt to deploy any MS application with this computer that's not genuine. ElecSurf stated that the things they were promoting is authorized — precisely what Microsoft offers as packages — and assured a complete reimbursement or even the things they stated — a-one full-year promise, and so I went forward and obtain the program with this pc, burn a drive and attempt to do the installation (Windows-7) on the computer that's Windows XP Home Version operating onto it (but no web connection). The Important Thing didn't function. I couldn't do the installation. I wrote to ElecSurf about that issue last Dec. No answer day. I published again today requesting whether fresh key, help deploy the program or perhaps a return. I am losing trust. (I did so buy ESTABLISHED Mswindows 7 Supreme — with CORP — from Staples but that's for my notebook — one installment simply.) ElecSurf gathered $114.99 from my money/charge card March 29. Up to now I've had only stress from their website. I'll inform you easily get any fulfillment, but Iam getting great uncertain.
