Ripoff Falsifing Documents, Lying Trying to use Coercion to get what they want

I am writing this to warn people of the the Child Protective Services office in Copperas Cove, TX. These people are nothing more than liars and baby snatchers. They do not really care about the kids, all they care about is taking the kids away and getting the parents to pay child support to the state. It is all about money, not the safety or protection of the kids. They will lie to you and coerce you into doing what they want you to do. They do not care!

I am having a fight with them right now. A person named Krista Selph came to my house at the beginning of March saying that there was a called placed that my son had been physically abused that morning. She did not have her facts straight, as the report was for my three year old daughter and the alleged incident took place three days before. She lied completely to my face and was rude in how she handled the situation. She completely falsfied documents and even got every name on the documents misspelled, eventhough she was given the social security cards with everyone's name on it. She went to court and had a hearing set up that she never attended to try and get us to have court ordered services done.

The charges against myself were bogus, she was just doing this to be vindictive. On post the charges have been dropped, but when we went back to court for the second hearing, the Judge, not listening to what my husband and I were telling him court ordered that we undergo physchological evaluations by their state doctor. We all know how that is going to turn out, the doctor works for the state so he is going to say what the state wants him to say. I am supposed to go to this tomorrow July 26. My husband is going to have reschedule his because the idiots scheduled both of us to go to this on the same day, and that is not possible as we have three kids at home and I do not work. My husband is in the army and this is a real inconveince for him and for his unit.

These people do not care about your lives nor that of your children. They just want to take your children and get your money. This state is one of the worst to do this, especially in the Fort Hood area, where over 7000 cases happen per year just on post alone. This needs to be addressed and handled, these people should not be allowed to get away with this. They completely and totally go against their own state laws. Corporal Punishment is legal in this state and in the schools. You can beat your child with a reasonable object and not get in trouble for it as long as there are no marks left on the child. These people do not care about following their state laws, they feel that they can make up and change the laws at whim. This is wrong and has to be stopped!
