Bogus Windows XP Software

I purchased Microsoft Windows XP Professional from backuptapesonline.com. When I attempted to install the software, I was given a warning that the product key was not valid. I have sent several e-mails asking for assistance in this matter and several requesting either a refund or working software. I have received no response. Phone calls go directly to the fax machine.
