They wont return my calls and they stonewall my e-mails

I paid $4,000 to get a round-trip solution to Tokyo October 09. After I reached poor to check on I'd a reservation however the solution wasn't taken care of and so I needed to purchase another solution at that moment. No body delivered my calls till I returned towards the US. Then it had been all a large error, never occurred before guaranteed to create it right by giving a solution for my next vacation at no cost. You know what! February 11, they don't return my calls plus they stonewall my emails and therefore are changing or preventing their email addresses. Normally I'm thinking about pursuing them-but it the meantime BEWARE
