Ben had arranged us running a business course to China and return. Heading there is good. Return was terrible. We discovered he had arranged our return on life and mentor. He did deliver us a contact in Hongkong showing people our trip was established. The flight had no report of the Clearly this produced a hellish scenario using the baggage issues and having terrible chairs about the return trip home. No reaction in the organization as we approached him in the US. He cheated us into spending money on two round-trip business-class seats.
