Very disappointing service and follow-up

After purchasing AND spending on 12 May I'm NEVERTHELESS expecting providing on my PRESENT purchase. I obtained a SMS stating that my purchase hasbeen despateched which shipping is likely to be within twenty four hours on 21 April.By 23 May I queried why it's not been shipped yet. On 30 April [Concealed Website] called me to express they can't get feedback from FedEx and certainly will return to me on Monday 3 May. It was also mentioned written down on an email. On Thursday 6 Can I queried again since I have didn't obtain my package OR any more follow up feedback. It's today 11 May, nevertheless no response from Kalahariis assistance center or the two presents which are today long-past the birthdays. Very dissapointing support!!!
