Ignoring emails about returning goods

I purchased online DVDis to get a Present that have been shipped about the 4th March. Sadly among the DVDis were introduced in the US not the united kingdom when I initially believed, and so the DVD doesn't function. After countless reading on the site about their returning products plan (which I really could discover nothing) I sent 4 occasions to which up to now I've had no response, so that as I work evenings I can't telephone the Client Care range. I've been a Person with Kalahari for around 24 months as well as in yesteryear have experienced no issues whatsover therefore today I am only a little unhappy!
