Unauthorized to be on my FaceBook acct. Apps

This Zoosk organization indicates on my FaceBook like a software of mine. I've not registered for it or do I'd like it

I've attempted to get rid of it from my Software area on Facebook acct. Also it keeps returning on the website. This really is some dateing company I believe and that I don't need any such thing on my Facebook when I didn't subscribe to it, or have I actually needed it! It simply started initially to look on my facebook in my own portion of Programs in my own facebook website. I dont need Zoosk anywhere on my F.B. Website

I've looked up the Organization e-mail& delivered them a notice about that, but no reaction & it nevertheless stays on my Facebook. I've reported to Facebook website aswell, I'd like this taken off my Facebook INTERVAL! I dont understand how or why its there, but I'd like it eliminated& wiped or what-ever it requires! Every time I attempt to take it off, it reappears! Thanks,
