Credit Card Charged by Site I Rarely Visit, Want Refund

I was charged this amount on my credit card from Facebook. I never used my card to buy anything on Facebook. I very seldom get on Facebook, and I am not sure why they would charge me. I was told it could be a scam. All I know is I do want my money back in my account. People should not be allowed to do this.
