A mystical regular cost on my paypal account. After I named to challenge the costs, they really had the nerve to inform me I DECIDED TO THEIR FEES BY ATTEMPTING TO WIN A WALMART $25 GIFT-CARD. First, I'm not SILLY, nor attempt to get that garbage online, since I UNDERSTAND THEY'RE SCAMS! They declare they're refunding my charge, and my membership is ended, however now I've to hold back for that reimbursement, then obtain a new Paypal card.
