I bought the walmart gift card $200 in DEC 5 (Order Number: 2677154-892747) and i made payment by my paypal account because i think i had protection. After a week I did not receive my gift card, I call customer service they check and said your card had $0 in balance, I filled to claim lost gift card, NO one responsibility, NO proved the card was send out, NO tracking, NO mailing receipt, NO transaction date's the card spending. I went back to paypal opened the case but the paypal tell me they will not protection for this transaction because INTANGIBLE. So funny, why do you let many company sell the gift card and accept the paypal??? TOOK 3% fee then no investigated about Did the seller send the gift card to buyer??? TOO BAD FOR 2 BIG COMPANY DOING THE BUSINESS LIKE THIS WAY.
