Did not make sure I received my purchase or didn't send it at all

I've requested out of this web store 12/07/08 and I've never gotten my bundle. After 40 times I Have delivered an email and PCE supervisor, Ron, informed me he'll make a reimbursement for me personally. I have recommended delivering exactly the same products via USPS "expess email worldwide" in the place of reimbursement and payment my card for that distinction in cost of delivery. Ron decided.

Five days later I still have not gotten something. After 3 emails the supervisor stated the bundle continues to be situated in a customs office and he'll I would like to understand around March 18-19. He never did.

Today is February 25. All my new emails are left without solution.

I Have been awaiting the bundle for a lot more than two and half weeks.in my opinion that prior emails from PCE were merely a method to wait charge back till it had been difficult.
