Fake bill for services for website they do not actually manage

This company uses your name, associate's names, and website addresses to send you a realistic-appearing BILL for services you have not ordered. This is complete fraud. Also the phone number leads to a 'all of our available representatives currently assisting other "customers"' message that asks you for your 'account number' and other information like your phone number. This may be a scam in addition to a fraud.
