I called in an order to Sears online for a pair of shoes. The lady that took my order, but got my address wrong and shoe size. The shoes only came in wide, not medium. Even though I spelled it all out for her. So I tried to correct that, but was told once an order is placed nothing can be changed. So I tried to cancel it, but couldnt. I tried to get them to exchange them, but they wouldnt. Now its taking Sears 3 to 5 business days just to credit me back for the shoes on one of their own gift cards. Beware of the way Sears does business!
