I purchased a Native American Flute from this man in April. I have not received it as of today, November 28th. He rarely answers my email messages. When he does he writes that he is finishing the flute and will overnight it. He wrote this about 5 times. All excuses. One time his wife wrote that his brother had a stroke and he could not mail the flute. Her name is Deb.
