Flutemart.com - Phoenix Musical Instruments False representation of product Fake Hamlin flute

Recently I decided to purchase a flute for my daughter. I shopped around looking for the best deal. I came across the website flutemart.com. They had listed a blue and gold Hamlin flute for $135. This was just the perfect instrument for my daughter, so I purchased it. I emailed the seller, Caleb Wachter, to verify when it would be shipped. He replied that it would ship soon and that he would contact me when it did. The flute arrived six days later. When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was that the case had "HAMELN" embroidered on it. I was hoping it was just an error, so I opened the case. The flute also had "HAMELN" imprinted on it, but no serial #.

I paid for a Hamlin, and this guy shipped me an obvious fake. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, so I googled Hameln. The only thing that came up is a city in Germany. There's no such instrument manufacturer. I have contacted Caleb Wachter sevin times now to request a refund, and he has yet to respond. I would tell anyone considering purchasing from him to run far, far away from that deal. He is a crook.

There was also another issue on this. I ordered from flutemart.com, but the package that arrived came from some company called Phoenix Musical Instruments in Santa Cruz, CA. So at this point, I don't know which company is actually screwing me over.
