Proud Tradition Art Works Aka Cedar Song Flutes
Ripoff - took my money, never delivered the product

I purchased product from Jim Adams of Proud Tradition Art Works aka Cedars Song Flutes on July 6th. I paid for the purchase through Paypal. I was quoted 2 to 3 weeks delivery.

On August 17th, I had not received the order. I sent an email requesting status. The supplier replied that he had been busy and would get the order out to me ASAP. I still had not received the order by August 26th so I requested a cancellation of the order and a refund. I again requested a cancellation and refund on August 31st and September 19th, via email, and have received no response from this supplier. This supplier is still in business, continues to advertise product on his website, and continues to offer items for sale on EBAY.

I filed a complaint with the Connecticut Better Business Bureau. They could not get a response from this business. I filed a report with the State of Connecticut, Dept. Of Consumer Protection. They filed the complaint, but took no action.

I also tried to resolve this through PAYPAL, but they have a 45 day limit on issues and since the supplier postponed delivery past 45 days, they refused to take any action to resolve the issue.

This guy will rip you off. Do not purchase anything from his website (Cedarsongflutes.com) or his EBAY site (Proud Tradition Art Works).
