We found what seemed to be a reputable internet firm in Japan for Flutes. I could not find a Ripoff report on him. They are very responsive, sending pictures and even files of music being played. We sent them the funds via wire transfer and they kept promising the flute was on the way and it never came.

When we asked for our money back, he turned off that e-mail address and refused to answer any e-mails from his website. He refused to give me a telephone number, saying his translator is on vacation would not even give me his entire name. He goes by Takeshi. The e-mail address above is his new address.

We even found the flute we were to buy being used/sold by another website (which we are in the process of checking out), which he denied being his flute.

He is still in operation and will charm you out of your money. Avoid this site and beware of the deal that is too good to be true.
