Walmart.com
Dvd rentals ripoff false advertising, dvd rental trial not really free, charged me 20 dollars without my agreement, worse customer service cancelled dvd rental trial but i have not been refunded orlando

Internet & Web

I went through their website and I decided to do the DVD Rental TRial, that is advertised as 30 days of free trial. Therefore I had submitted all my information, as well as my Debit Card info, but I never saw anything saying that would be a hold on my account of a total of 20.00 dollars.

If it's free why I am being restricted of 20.00 dollars of my account? I called them and it was a nightmare, the worst customer service: incompetent, more than 30 minutes without an answer about when I would be able to have my money back.

I ask for a Manager, it was a very mean person, that talk like a automated robot. It was the worst. I am still waiting for this money.

If this is a free trial, why hold my money? For me this is stealing, with the law on their side. For me it's more than False Advertising, it's a scam.
