I purchased a George Foreman grill from ihome.com based on price and excellent return policy. The return policy gives 30 days to return merchandise and states that credit will be given within 30 days of return. The grill arrived on time, but it would not heat up, because the thermostat was defective. I could not find an email address or phone number, so I clicked "Contact" under my account. It is set up so that it accepts the customer's email address and comments, and when "send" is clicked, a "thank you" note is the response, but nowhere is there an email address. I described the problem, and ihome.com sent me a return address. I returned it via UPS and kept the tracking number.

30 days after the return I emailed them about the credit with the tracking number proving the grill was returned, but never received a response. Later I emailed them again with all the information, but again, no resopnse. I disputed the charge with Mastercard, and the charges were reversed.

After the charges were reversed I looked in several business directories for the phone number or physical address but could not find anything. I used the address for returns in a reverse directory, but nothing came up.

Take a lesson fom me and make sure you have an email address and phone number for a business before you buy.
