Time Warner Cable
Horrible customer service not to mention LOUSY internet providers

We moved to Corpus Christ Texas and found out the the apartment complex only allows you to go through Time Warner. We had Time Warner while living in Cedar Park Texas and found out then what horrible service they offered. We cancelled time warner and went to AT&T (amazing) I was not very happy with this imformation but, seeing that they were our only option we had no other choice. March our services were hooked up, within 24 hours I was already on the phone with issues. Our phone was not working, internet kept going out and the cable did not pick up. They sent out someone back out to look at the problem and we were given a bad router o_O. 3 days after that the same issues. This time their worker took it upon himself to totally disconnect out wifi and told me that I would have to "use a plug to use my internet" leaving me with a almost 20 foot length of cable. I tried to use our phone after that and what a shock it did not work. It took me over 2 hours on the phone trying to convince the "customer service rep" what had happend. Now they kept trying to blame MY router saying that it was not compatible with there's. Ok... June while being overly frustrated once again at having to continually unplug and "reset" the router I ordered a new one with them. Here it is October and STILL NO ROUTER!!! In the last 3 days I have kept track of how many times I have had to "reset" this ongoing problem. OVER 212 TIMES!!! Today alone within the last hour it has been 29 and yet I am still paying over $150 a month for there service. Not only that I am being charged the shipping fees to have Time Warner send me this device. You would think that with all the complaints of the service they offer they would do something to fix it... One would think. I am overly tired of the crappy service we are getting oh and not to mention the extra channels that we are paying for the are "currently unavailable at this time, please check back later" It is a joke to have to continually struggle with your service's and not have anyone do anything to help out.

Oh, just incase anyone is wondering... I am at a friends house using her internet service seeing that mine that I PAY FOR will not stay on long enough for me to even type a sentence
