My bill has been wrong every month for the last eight months. I have to deal with calling in for help and being transferred over and over until I am hung up on or told I have been transferred to the wrong place and have to call again. When I do get through I am promised each time that the problem is fixed, but the next bill comes and the same or another problem arises.
