Ripoff your money and will not deliver product. None Listed On Website

I ordered software from dakusoftware.com. A few days later I go online to check the status of my order. Under order status it states "Payment Received", shipment "Pending", shipment carrier "N/A", tracking number "N/A". Tried calling the 800 number many times throughout the day for several days, and all I get is a recording "The voice mail box for the person you called is full, please call again later". They state on their web site that my credit card bill will show a charge from "Computer Discounts Direct". When I call my credit card company, the company charging my card is named "No Spam Express". My card company gives me their phone number, and so I call and they give a web address of www.winksoftware.com. When I go there I see that this website is set up almost exactly like the other one, dakusoftware.com. They are both selling the same sofware at the same price, etc. When I call their 800 number, again a recording "Hi Thank You for calling Wink software, If you like to place an order or speak with a representative, please leave a detailed message at the tone. Otherwise you can visit us at winksoftware.com. Thank you for calling and have a great day." They will not call you back. I have been waiting for days now, and they have not called me back. I leave a message like I am a prospective customer, and still nothing. Who knows how many more websites that they are setting up to trick people into ordering with them so they can take their money and never deliver the product.
