Ripoff - stole credit card money No Address On Web Site! Just a mention of Pacific Standard Time

They advertise cheap software. Charge your credit card. They send you an e-mail that your order has been received. Yet when you go to their web site and log into your account, it states "Payment received, shipment pending."

When I call the 866-484-7263 number, I get a recording that the voice box is full and to try again later. They say that they are open from 10:00 to 5:00 pm M-F, but it does not matter what time of the day you call, you get the same message. They have a so called live chat for support, but they don't answer that either.
They will charge your credit card and keep the money and not send you the product! So you will have to call you credit card company and ask for a stop pay and refund of charges.

Lesson learned, never do business with a web site that has no physical address, and call to see if they ever answer the phone.
