Is Social Point and it's game defrauding its players?
We have attempted to work with Social Point directly and the refuse to fix this. It should be noted my son says that his friends are having similar issues with this company and I fear they are abusing Facebook members with a bait and
switch scheme. It seems they are threatening me; per Social point, if you proceed with the refund, the account will get disabled due to fraud.

: My son asked me if he could buy some cash from Social Point so he could get 2 dragons that were being promoted. The POP UP we clicked stated: "Get Soul God and Soul Colossus on the same pack! Get them for FREE with you next purchase!" He did not get them. I then got on line and spent another $2 because I thought he may have done it wrong. The promotion was misleading: This is a classic bait and switch which Social Point is using within the Facebook community and this practice needs to be stopped immediately.
