Will never buy from them again

I bought a young childis flower-girl robe to get a wedding. While requested it didn't show ultimate purchase or "special-order", I searched cautiously in the fine-print; today it will, three months later. I requested to switch for smaller-size. Required many emails to obtain a solution however these were prepared to trade it. Wedding called down. The gown was never taken off the container and contains been significantly less than thirty days because it was requested. They declined to provide a reimbursement declaring it had been "special-order AND ultimate purchase, no discounts or trades". The web page TODAY has it shown as "special-order". Just hope I'd published unique info just before buy. I'm out $127.00; customer support inadequate. No method to achieve by telephone, I tried often. Email change is terrible however they state 24 hours, attempt 2-3 times if-then. Won't ever purchase from them again. Not bad grapes below, accurate encounter.
