Refusal to Allow Exchange for correct size

Requested$1000 fashion robe, when it came it had been far too little. Evidently the measurement graph isn't correct. Called vendor instantly to-order larger-size, as their site mentioned the gown visited a size 24. Then I had been informed the largest dimension was A - 20, however they might verify. Subsequently was informed that I really could return the robe and obtain an available credit. We're many times into this right now. NEVER told the gown should be shipped within 3 times of bill.
