No Reply to Twice-Weekly Emails About Software That Never Worked

Do not buy from this company! I purchased software from this company several months ago, and it has never worked properly. I have been emailing the company twice a week for some assistance or a refund and have not heard back from them. On their website, it states that you can purchase support, but the program has not worked for me from the beginning, so I didn't feel I should have to purchase support to set up the program properly.
