Install date changed without notification - Fios cable

My install date was changed from 10-6-11 to 10-11-11 without my being notified. When I clicked on the status link sent to me when I ordered, I noticed the change. When I called to find out more about this, I was treated to a rude service rep who gave me no explanation or apology.
