Software Ripoff

This company purports to sell and support key logging software for the Mac. I purchased their top of the line Professional version. The software doesn't work as advertised (Very good advertising, though!). Purchase, download and installation went pretty well.

The operation of the software leaves a lot to be desired. Not only did the program fail to work, the support staff made no attempt to resolve the issue. They simply offered a refund.

The refund was for only 30% of the purchase price.

Their ripoff works like this. They sell you software that they know doesn't work, then when you identify problems to them, they offer the refund. You accept it, since there is no hope of getting the software to work. They make out with 70% of the purchase price. Sweet deal.

As usual, buyer beware.
