Joe P. Wilmore Ramp Solutions, Inc
Refuses to pay $2925.00 for ramps received from me

On 4-4-04 Joe P. Wilmore contacted us by phone to offer to buy 9 ramps for $325 per ramp. The ramps were sent UPS and I was to receive payment upon inspection of the ramps by Mr. Wilmore. I received no payment to date.
I have sent numerous e-mails to which I receive no response. My phone calls will not be returned either.
I reported this fraud to the Better Business Bureau of Santa Barbara, which in turn sent a letter to Mr. Wilmore regarding our complaint.

Mr. Wilmore has sent a letter to the BBB acknowledging that he owes the money, however, indicates he does not have the money and will pay us when he can. Mr. Wilmore still refuses to take our phone calls or answer our e-mails.

We have send e-mails offering to work out a payment plan with him and receive no response. We have been told taking him to small claims court would win us a judgement,

However, we would probably not be able to collect. We would just end up with a judgement that he owes us the money and we have a letter forwarded from the BBB of Santa Barbara acknowledging that fact.
The ramps we sent have been resold and we have the addresses of the individuals that purchased them so we know Mr. Wilmore has made a profit on all 9 ramps.
