Ripoff, Took advantage, Fraudulant Sales

I went into their store to buy a computer. I was told the one he had would do the things I needed it to do. I paid 275.00 for a gateway computer. Brought it home and started to research with it. After about 3 days use it started locking up when I tryed downloading the information I needed. I took it back after finding out instead of a 40 g. Harddrive it only had 2. I asked for a refund and was told they have a no refund policy. But the owner told me he would sell it for me at 299.00 and would take a 1/3 of my money for his trouble. Not only am I out the 275.00 But I had to go buy another computer with the Power I need to do my work.
