I bought a ticket for a family member with my one pass Credit Card for a family member. I have owned the one pass card for over a decade. Flight from BWI to SAN. She had a weekend bag that was not a problem on her way in to San Diego. On her way back, she was asked to check in by a continental Employee who singled her out. Delayed her for nearly an hour. Called other employees to watch her. Others stopped by to asked what the matter was. Just for a checked bag she insisted not to check in. It was not a suit case, look like a duffle bag in comparison. She had checked in from home. Arrived at the airport at 645am for a 828am flight to baltimore. She got through security around 750am. The way the situation was handled was very unprofessional. A scene of embarrassment that was unnecessary for a checked in bag. Just a flat out rude employee. Wilmore White in San Diego. Watch out for her. According to her, the staff in Baltimore did not do their job well. Double standard. What happened to customer service. I am very dissapointed in continental airlines employee, the way it was handled.
